My suggestion to Sajan: you guys need to talk less; do at least a little homework before inviting guests to the show…No matter whom you invite in your show, you must give more time to the guests to talk and express…this will make your program more interesting and engaging, and you earn respect from the audience accordingly…

Doesnt matter interview or podcast interrupting when guest is speaking or not letting them finish their thought is not appreciated in any platform. Also i hav noticed sajan is always in rush to finish up. Asking how long has it been while the conversation is still going in a good flow and the guest still seems like have got more to say is just not professional.
