Welcome to my last ride on Bus Route 11 - Route Liverpool Street to Chelsea, one of London's most beloved and historic bus routes. From bustling Liverpool Street Station to trendy Chelsea, we'll take in the sights and sounds of the city one last time. This is the final journey of the current route before it gets restructured from April 29, 2023.
Route 11 ran between Liverpool Street to Fulham Broadway but from April 29, 2023, it will no longer serve stops between Liverpool Street to Parliament Square . It will not call at Trafalgar Square or Aldwych or Charing Cross, City Thameslink or Bank stations. Instead, buses will be re-routed to serve Waterloo via Westminster Bridge, York Road and Station Approach. This will provide a new link to St Thomas' Hospital.

That Chinook was travelling westbound, along the River Thames (Heliroute H4). My guess would be that it was heading for RAF Odiham in Hampshire, where the Chinooks are based.

Used to run Hammersmith to Kings Cross before being taken over by other routes

20 mph speed limit , traffic along the route, roadworks which makes it snail like put paid to it making it no longer attractive.
