It can be done, but I would be hard-pressed to actively choose to use a Russian heavy like that. The Conqueror & Super Conqueror have almost every blessing a heavy tank can have, other than hull armor. Good mobility, excellent vision, amazing gun handling, and the exceptionally lethal British 120mm.
