Last stands are one of my favourite moments in anything. Nothing makes me happier than a protagonist, with nothing left to lose and greatly outnumbered, giving it their all one more time. War films and games do it fairly often. Saving Private Ryan and CoD WW2 in particular being some of my favourited.
