There are a few who are equating “pay as you want” model to Bhikh or begging. It is rather disappointing that there is a section of our audience who feel so. It is discouraging & rather alarming that someone would easily zero down our years of dedication towards our audience in giving frequent content ranging various genres. “Pay as you want” model is age old. You can look up about it on Wikipedia. One more service that probably the same audience section uses and jokes about Wikipedia being bhikhari. Bearing in mind that a significant chunk who believe that it is “Begging” to ask to use thanks button if any audience member feels like… We are contemplating on restructuring our processes. We might upload short episodes of just 8 minutes and to watch the whole episodes you might have to pay a nominal membership fee. We hope that works fair & square for all. As Gujarati industry really suffers from such pessimistic audiences & we really want lavari to strive & thrive as it is ours as much as it’s yours. The silence of other audiences over such comments is even more surprising for us. Criticise us all you want for our work. But when someone criticises our ethics, it really is like a different ball game. No hard feelings for our genuine well wishers. ❤

I'm so happy to see a Gujarati podcast. I'm a Gujarati actress trying to make it in Bollywood but I've been in 2 auditions which where after finding out I'm Gujarati, they rejected me. They ended up hiring Punjabi actressess in those films. Tbh alot of us Gujarati actors already know now that Bollywood is very Punjabified and they only help their own people but it's sad to see alot of us talented Gujarati actors are not given a chance. I hope us Gujarati audience can support Gujarati talent whether in Bollywood, Podcasts, Shows, whereever and make out entertainment big❤❤

When I saw in my youtube feed..Darshan Jariwala.. Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani was top of my mind.. even my friends who saw this movie at that time was so enjoyed that scene... you are legend sir..
