Your video played on its own while I accidentally kneed my phone while making my bed I'm so glad I listened to this,I believe God wanted me to listen to your message, such a beautiful message and good work I suffered from PTSD( from severe abuse ) I Had to heal and rewire my brain, I did it on my own using the methods you described Diet, exercise, fresh air,and trusting God's love and plan for me,I also started writing poetry and helping people around me heal even though I myself felt pain,eventually God gifted me a healing and a new spirit I trusted the divine intervention I felt and allowed my intuition to show me my triggers based on my responses, and once I was aware I faced my pain then was able to move forward with inner peace I'm thankful for the gift of a new start and the healing I received Good work I love this message you are teaching

@@helenmorris6949 Some things may be questionable there. I have never been but i would like to attend and maybe gain a few nuggests of ways to live healthy. Exercise and eating things from what I grow outside can be a challenge but it does make a body feel better. For me getting off of medicines and diet coke and on probiotics was the best thing that I did for my health. I had spend thousands running tests to find out what was wrong with my belly. A friend that that I visited got me on the right tract ( that helped me). This friend of mine said to also not drink while eating meals and I followed that. Sugar was the thing that has been hard to kick and is the one thing that others ( like Amy Myers - Auto Immune Solution and my friend) say to avoid. 70 year Barbara's videos have encouraged me to cut sugar, exercise and eat mostly the food we grow out back. Lord lead us all to speak truthfully in all things. I use to work with the government. When we pray, Lord forgive me for what I have taken part in. We must turn from it regardless of loosing our most loved "insurance" and "retirement". What will we do? Live and live life to the fullest.

I’ve been badly hurt by my sisters who I loved so much but treated me so hurt fully always causing me great pain and constantly taking my thunder or anything that I as special I my life even destroying my relationships with my mother and father she broke my children to turn away from me she’s done lots more to me I carnt even speak about it’s so hurt full she’s poisoned and still does she now tries to hurt me from afar now she won’t stop I know but don’t know why she finds her life’s work , as been about destroying her little sister who adored her and once looked up to her as my wonderful big sister I dont see her now but she still seems to live to hurt me from afar now taking over my rolls like with my daughter and grandchildren even though she as her own grandchildren she as strange negative power she works in masteries ways but not for goodness sad for me but she gets away with her actions unlike me sad but true Im so on my own at times I feel so alone but I come back the love I have in my heart heals me to bounce back I have a job to do it’s not finished yet the live in my heart from our lady of Lourdes and her son keep me going now I see you are more like a sister I should have had that would have loved me back and care about me how I wished for towards me who would love me like I loved my sisters loving me back at every opportunity wanting my happiness like I wished for them and all my family members . I read so many things about Christians talking about Jesus and love..but why is it that muslims (who love Jesus ( peace be upon him) dearly like they love all the prophets of God ,why do muslims obey Jesus by worshipping God as the only God, placing their forehead on the ground, abstaining from pork, gambling, usuary ? Gods day is the sabbath and that is Friday at sundown til Saturday at sundown, not ma made day, Sunday(Satans Sun worship). Do your research!

Shabbat Shalom. The key is to spend ONE DAY as a sabbath… not to get hung up on which day. What about the pastors/rabbis? They have to teach on Shabbat…. When is their sabbath? I would love to quote scripture as rapidly as she does (it’s a call to memorize more scripture), but I do know the key is not to stumble over which day she chooses to practice the sabbath, but rather to look to the fruit of the spirit in her speech. I began driving heavy truckloads when I was 8. To this day at 65 I always say a prayer before I head out. Grant me the patience and awareness to have a safe trip. And may I not harm anyone or myself. This short reminder reminds me of the people I personally know and every other person who did not. @@rosiecooper2721 I can't tell you what to do but it worked for me.. I think the group now is called Root Cause Protocol.. but search both.. and Dr. Eric Berg. One of the best things we can do is ..breathe.. breathe in deep through the nose.. hold for a bit.. slowly let out through the mouth.. any time you can.. and need to.. search the magnesium advocacy group.. in case the posts are archived. They are the experts in this. It saved my life.

Same. I had multiple attacks from age 39 onward. I began magnesium and the attacks ceased. Vitamin D is also crucial. There can be and usually are, physical roots to these problems that need to be addressed in order to solve the issue in addition to starting a “new pathway.” Nutrition is extremely important for good mental health.

What most Christians don’t understand is that just as Christianity is a continuation of Judaism, Islam is a continuation of both, Judaism and Christianity. God is one, whether he’s called Yahweh or Allah. I bet you didn’t know that The blessed virgin Mary is mentioned seventy times in the Quran and she’s called the best example of a woman who ever lived.
