Oh I see, some ppl are above the law and constitution. This was exactly what happened in Ebony state when the then governor Mr. Umahi defected to APC, and he vehemently refused to step down as the governor bcos he won the gubernatorial election under PDP, but when he picked up APC presidential primary, his case was taken to court making his to withdrew from APC presidential election primary and supported Tinubu. And his case that was taken to court was never heard, everything died down and he finished up his term as the incumbent governor. I feel sorry for the type of democracy that is being practiced in nigeria.
