All you need to do is to BELIEVE what God says in His Word about the promise of the Spirit Baptism. Meditate upon and make sure you understand the instructions before receiving the power of the Holy Spirit like Repentance and absolute faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. Your thirst to be empowered to engage in spiritual battles should be consistent with your obedience to God's Word and God's Instruction. God gives the Holy Spirit to them that obey him. (Acts 5:32)
