Looks like they got rid of the directional natural of the stygian beams? It used to only hit things in front of you if memory serves. Good change if so

I must say i tried the build, its really annoying to manage to keep up the beams or the wandering spirit falls off and you have to manage the seal too, its defenetely viable and perform good but its feel really awakard to play atleast for me (maybe im used to poe 1 skill gameplay xD)

I'm currently playing the Warlock version (with Profane Veil) - Dr3adful's build. I was wondering how this would go with a pure Lich reaper, or even Necro build (say Wraithlord). Btw, the Drain Life used to be placed on ground at a fixed location - it appears they've patched Dark Shackles recently so it is now centred on you and follows you around. Can anyone pls confirm how this works, and does it stack with multiple casts like it used to, until it eventually goes into turbo mode...? Maybe I'm playing it all wrong now lol!

life drain without the coal is location based, u cast it and if something steps in the area it will start draining. With the coal, targets switch depending where your cursor or casting is. Both stack with multiple casts.

Too bad Last Epoch is ass and has no endgame. Whenever I am reaching empowered monoliths in that game I just get so insanely bored. Not to mention having to do Temporal Sanctum hundreds of time per cycle.. The game has so much potential, but in truth it should still be in beta until it has real content to offer.
