I really love Cadence! When they were trying to help Journee correct her cartwheel, she was the only one not getting frustrated or angry with her. THAT’S A QUALITY OF A GOOD LEADER: patience!

It can be extremely difficult to learn tumbling on your non dominant leg. I don’t get why everyone was getting so upset with Journee when she couldn’t immediately master it. That’s something that may take a little time. They expected her to get it as soon as she was told she had to switch. Good on Cadence for stepping in. She was genuinely trying to help her.

Cadance is right stop yelling at Journee N Alima was helping too good Job Alima N good job Jordan for helping Abrielle
@sarahjean80053 жыл бұрын
it's kind of irritating when they're like "it's making me mad" or "it's so simple", but journey doing that cartwheel is like trying to write with your non-dominant hand, everyone yelling at her at the same time isn't helping whatsoever. Some people can cartwheel both ways, some can do it one way, she's not gonna get it in one day. I think that situation was a bit ridiculous on how they tried to help her, I feel like cadence is was sincerely trying to help instead of just telling her to do it that way, she has to get used to doing it that way in the first place.

To be leader comes with being patient not matter how hard it seems to teach others. Cant get mad because another athlete is having difficulty mastering a skill. Makes the individual not want to come to you again for help. Everyone has a place where they struggle including leaders. Also, where is Kristiana, i miss seeing her!

It’s not what you say ITS HOW YOU SAY IT!!!! Be careful with your tone of voice and also I would of been just like Journey with all them girls talking and yelling at once watch how you speak to each other!!! Y’all never know what someone is going through behind closed doors and at home or school whatever the case may be. I get it that leaders be frustrated but you gotta learn to be patient and not let that leader role get to your head Journey COULDNT even do what she needed to do cause y’all wanna pull on her and tell her to do this one thing and still do the other! Just think before you speak and also if you don’t have it right yourself how can you help someone else!! Y’all got this definitely rooting for y’all and Caydence idk what your going through baby girl your so strong sometimes we need to cry and that’s okay we are human hope everything is okay with you and rest of the team as well cause I know everybody is going through somethings in life!!!! 👏🏾🥰

All star is not a breeze did cheerleading for a year and half in high school and had to quit because of the physical and emotional strain it was causing
@priyamanobal3 жыл бұрын
They’re only doing level 1 all star so for them that’s a breeze. They don’t even need a backhandspring on that level. But level 3 and up is definitely more physically challenging, but again they’re not on that level the level they’re on is very basic.

This is why the coaches step in and help the cheerleader who can’t do a certain stunt right. Instead of saying “y’all teach stuff so difficult” .. girl what .. Because kids get frustrated and “mad” as somebody kept saying in the background. Instead of calling her name out and doing the cartwheel yourself ( because that’s not even helping ) HELP her. Candence was the only one who wasn’t getting frustrated and even told y’all not to yell. Somebody could have brought her to the side while everybody else continued with the cheer. I never understood the leadership roles on this team. The leaders should be the coaches💁🏽♀️. Nobody is a vet on that team. Nobody has been cheering all their life. Everybody on the team still struggles with something. You can’t lead people and your stats aren’t high.

Hello ladies I want to start by saying this, as a leader and watching some video from the past I am seeing too much attitude that needs to change. When I watch this one still that one person negative energy gives off a lot. I'm not gonna single you out leaders but I will say this with respect. Please stop being rude to the other girls your attitude shows a lot in the videos and it's not cool at all. I watch someone shrug a shoulder while talikg with attitude. That's not cute nor cool patience is a virtual. I understand you want everyone to learn the material but you bring negative going to make matters worse. It's okay to tell your coach can I please not lead today, can I have a moment to reflect on myself. As I use to tell my girls if you a captain talking nasty that is what you will get back and be mindful you caused the problem not them. Just be mindful how you talk to your peers because it's showing a lot in the videos.
