A modern LED lamp consists of LEDs connected by serial and parallel circuits. A direct current flows through them from a voltage source called a power driver or simply a block. The luminous intensity of each semiconductor junction is determined by the amount of current passing through it. With an increase in the current strength, the luminous flux increases, and with a decrease it decreases. When switched on, the current flow path in the LED lamp runs from the base to the voltage converter, and then to the series-connected smd LEDs. Good LED lamps have a built-in driver that converts unstable alternating voltage into a stable direct current and is able to withstand any external influences (fluctuations in the supply network, frequency interference).
Flashing of LED lamps is a very common phenomenon and there is no need to be afraid of it, since in most cases it is easy to eliminate it.
