The thighs in the RS kits are beautiful. In this video Rob is going for pretty much a direct replica of the original suit that they're cast from but there's also a reasonable bit of allowance in the moulds and, as a result, extra material at the back for fitting them a bit wider if need be.

You stated the inner thigh measurement, which was 350mm up top and 50mm on the bottom, but never stated what the outer thigh measurement was. Is it 290mm up top and 45mm on the bottom, same as the right thigh? Or is the upper measurement different? From the trim line you can see on the video of the outer piece it sort of appears to be shorter.

It's strange how two halves that were meant to be joined together didn't match up where they join on the originals.

Can you explain why the top measurement is 135? I am confused by that. The right thigh was 290. Did you mean 35/350?

Yes, exactly right 35cm or 350mm
