@@gauravkumar3885 local language isn't 'heavily' used. Its used to a normal extent. However you do need to learn the local language - Telugu, to communicate with patients 2nd year onwards when you are posted in the hospitals.

A great way to project the present image of Osmania Medical College, it's growth, development, it's academic standing etc... Being a Hyderabadi.. I am watching OMC ever since my childhood, as my father Late DrC Sitaramayya, was the Prof&HOD of Physiology, from 1957 to 1966....then I have become a student in 1977....and ever since, visiting the college oft. As compared to what it was in 1964,when I visited first the College, it looks so beautiful now in 2022. Kudos to Dr Shashikala garu, Principal, for her untiring efforts....in giving a new look as well as "image" to OMC! 💐💐💐
