Jo is the Chairman and founder of FDS Director Services and since 1989 has worked on over 400 transactions.
In 2018, Jo also founded OnBoarding Officers, an exclusive community for exiting military officers to help them transfer their skills into the commercial world and become world-class business leaders. Jo is a published author of seven books, one of which was published for the Financial Times.
Throughout Jo’s career, she has sat as a NED for numerous boards across the country and is currently a Non-Executive Director for five companies, one of which is a publicly listed company.
Over the years, Jo has been awarded and acknowledged for her outstanding business achievements. These include The Sunday Times NED of the Year and the Non-Exec Director of the Year for IoD Yorkshire & Northeast.
