Ouroboros is like the Illuminati, their motives are always shrouded in darkness. Although considering the Gospel Plan and the Phantasmal Blaze Plan are deemed successes instead of failures, World Domination or Destruction doesn't seem to be their goal. If anything, the best hypothesis is the materialization and collection of the Sept-Terrions and preventing whatever the Primordial Nothingness, which may have something to do with the Great Collapse 1200 years prior that reduced the planet's landmasses to just to just one continent;

Huh, Ishmelga Rean's dub is better than i thought it'd be, except S-craft, he sounds a tad bit too emotional during it. That and the meaning's kinda changed, he just says "disappear" in JP voiceover instead of anything about emptiness, welp, more unnecessary localization.
