Great opening and animation. I still have to play the first game in the Trails series though...

Same. I have to finish playing Trails from Zero and Trails in the Sky has been in my Steam library for many years. Always wanted to play it, but never got around to. Maybe now is the time or maybe I just have to wait for a PS5 version, since it seems likely with all these other Trails games coming to current consoles.

@@RedRawNes XSeed has the rights to publish the Sky series in the west, and Falcom and XSeed no longer work together so I wouldn't hold your breath. Same reason Cold Steel 3 & 4 are on Switch worldwide (NISA currently works with Falcom), but Cold Steel 1 & 2 (were published by XSeed) are only on Switch in the east and not the west. You'll be waiting until either the contract expires entirely, or they do a full remake, which I wouldn't expect anytime soon. The Sky trilogy is on PS+ in Japan, so it would have been done already in the west too if it weren't in rightholders hell.

When does this opening happen? I have the switch version and I haven’t seen this opening yet in game.
