Magic & Larry, resurrected the game of basketball......My dad loved basketball, but stopped watching, until the competition between Johnson & Bird was highlighted......What my Dad used to say, Larry's game reminded him of someone, who was not only playing basketball, but also, volleyball, dodgeball, hockey, baseball, track & Field, soccer, poker, & strategic chess in his head, and that's what made him so great 😊He certainly was one of the most unique and gifted players, I have ever watched! I was a kid and NBA fanatic in 80's and 90's. Larry Legend was THAT dude! I dont know why he gets so much hate especially when compared to Lebron. Bird was nasty and players feared him. Back then the top 3 were Bird, Magic and Jordan! Players knew it and us fans knew it!! The disrespect today is mind-blowing! LB33!

Broke his hand before the draft still shot 50/40/90 4 seasons in a row. Had nobody good as team mates in college went undefeated & in NBA had the best record ECF run with one of the worst teams in the league. Won NBA championship next year down 3-1 to Sixers 4 HOF & to Houston won Finals. With a broken back won MVP & Finals the one of the greatest season on partial disability. If healthy it’s not a debate whatever you think Jokic is Bird is 3x… he won as a Sophomore.

LOL I told my buddies at my favorite watering hole the weekend before, only exptecting 5-8 people more than my usual friends, nieghbors. No. I had grab another keg!!
