My thoughts are It's mainly because of the events... If they weren't so expensive or they actually had some free events with artifacts, mounts and back pieces the f2p players wouldn't be so discouraged... We kinda ruin it for them when they're trying just as hard as us(if not harder) but we fly past them because we have more disposable income... And spinner or rush shop doesn't count, everything in there is subpar

Obtaining the items from the events is just way too expensive. Not to mention there's too many events. 2-3 events per month that are so expensive is just not for most people.

Downfall of a game where they focus in milking players with their hard earned money is very common. When they released Cheetah mount, that’s when most f2p players quit the game. Whatever revamp or balancing roles they will release in the future, those players will never go back. I loved this game, but the devs ruined it because of greediness. Sad reality.

Its dying because of the stupid matching thats happening around. Always fighting the whale server again and again. Instead of fighting a server on your level. Power gaps are so evident

Besides of money the script cheaters user too this game dont have game guard thats why even free to play player can grow faster
