Second time around fell asleep as soon as the story started, so did not hear the story which sounded very interesting from the description. Will have to listen later while fully awake! I can’t explain it but I get some of my best snoozes in the car. I’ve got the perfect car for camping - Built with off road features. I love finding a good camp spot and folding down the back into a mattress. One time it started raining and the soft tapping against the sun roof was blissful.

Meditations have never ever worked for me but this one is just amazing. Have listened to it 6 nights in a row and have yet to make it to the end. My sleep is so much better and I feel loads more refreshed in the morning. It's magical.
