That caesar salad burger is honestly absolutely brilliant. A caesar salad is basically a deconstructed burger anyway: sallad, red onions, parmesan cheese, a sauce, crotons, bacon and chicken. But turning the sallad into what's basically a coleslaw is another layer of amazing. It's something I'm totally gonna steal and tinker with.

I live in OKC and eat at Johnnie's fairly regularly. The Caeser burger is my go-to. But the Theta burger is great too. After you eat you eat fill there, head south on Hwy 115 to Hwy 49, and then head East on Hwy 49 to Medicine Park, OK. You won't be disappointed with the quaint river walk park and predominant stone building architecture. TRUE AMERICANA at it's best. If you're in Oklahoma anyway, why not make a trip to Bill's Catfish in Waurika, OK. That's the best fried catfish, onion rings, and hushpuppies you'll ever eat in your life.
