I know it's because they have trouble seeing their screens, but it bugs me so much when they don't read dialogue properly and it leads to communication errors. Emile reads "Break oil pots" and "On the left wall", and somehow that becomes "Read the inscription on the left wall". Not to mention when early in the stage, he read a character's dialogue verbatim except for the one only important part, which he just mumbled and said "We're not supposed to be here yet". Not trying to talk bad about Emile, he was just the subject of my examples; more or less everyone does this if they have to read on their GBA screens.

Yeah, that was the one I mentioned at the end, but they very nearly ended up missing the solution. Inevitably they'd have ended up wandering around lost for another ten minutes minimum. Heck, I'm pretty sure that's why they had trouble in the Village of the Blue Maiden - they couldn't read text boxes correctly, so they couldn't get information that was being handed to them. I'm not blaming them, for the record, just saying it's annoying.

Jon caught a bunch of the stuff Emile was missing (the numbers and the switch the big two). Stephen was the overall puzzle solver in my eyes, noticing the the ways to solve the puzzles.

However; the scale of Light and Darkness (Hero of Darkness being negative and Hero of Light being positive) will brake the tie in wins if the difference of Force Gems is less than the Number of rounds played times 100. Also; A Tie in the Scale of Light and Darkness when it is meant to be the tie breaker is broken by the exact Force Gems. (The Tingle Minigames don't count as wins or games played, but they do add to the Force Gem total.) (New Note: Repeats of Tingle Minigames will still count to the Force Gem total until after the 3rd time playing it.)

I've said this already, but the way you weighted hero of light and hero of darkness makes it useless to even bring them up because they only have an effect on ties, not on placement...Emile should be tied with Tim in 3rd, and Stephen in 2nd.

Tim's streak of getting all the 1,000 value Force Gems has sadly ended. (Not that surprising sadly) Emile's time in 2nd might be short lived. (Which I would rather not happen) It's the first time I have ever wanted to see Jon win a Round. (Because it would keep Emile and Stephen tied for Wins) And Stephen threatens to kick Emile back down to 3rd with his surprising lead. (Which is fading fast thankfully)

Witty comments aside, for once, this is a really cool dungeon with some incredibly creative puzzles. It's a testament to how under-appreciated the 2D Zelda's are, because this should be couted among the greatest Zelda dungeons of all time.

The reason this game is under-appreciated is because you need 3 gbas and 3 gba links to play it, both GBA and GC where unpopular systems at the time, so barely anyone knew 3 people with a gba, gba link cable and the game, and single player is underwhelming, and if you wanted to only play with family or close friends who are not into gaming other than when they play with you, you have to own 3 gbas, which almost no one does.

The thing about Dokapon Kingdom is that it's like Game Grumps (the entire channel). There's such a wide range of quality throughout the series, that it's impossible to tell whether an episode will be good or bad until you watch it, so the "if you don't like it, don't watch it" advice is useless.

Quick tip for others: Let the Ball and Chain soldier destroy all the cracked blocks in the room. When you kill him a ton of force gems drop, more so than if you just kill him right then and there

Well I blame part of it on the game's design. They make it very easy for the person who did the work to get screwed over when they could just give reward gems in certain points instead of dropping them randomly. Like they said in the LP, if you want to progress the story, you're going to fall behind for doing so.

Give it another centuries in Hyrule and eventually they will get to that point - Chuggaconroy 2016 and now for real we need something like that in the form of Legend of Zelda: World of the Future and it has to be with the Twilight Princess design. It sets off at sometime after Twilight Princess where something happens to Link where he ends up falling into deep unconsciousness. Once Link finally wakes up from his slumber, he finds the world he once knew, has completely changed, the people he once knew are all gone. But as he traverses through memory lane of the past in the places he goes, he meets unlikely friends, and grandsons and daughters of old friends while facing against the challenges of the new world he has stepped upon where technology trumps magic, sort of. Seriously this game needs to be a thing.
