The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX - All Bosses (No Damage)

I. Hate. Moldorm. Well... With Link's Awakening remake being less than two months away from release I wanted to make a boss run of original game. I planned it long ago but couldn't really find the time to record the videos. Something I am ashamed of - of all Zelda games I played, this is the one I like the most and I really should have done this video long ago. So, today I finally finished my long overdue tribute to this amazing game. This boss run includes all bosses and minibosses of GBC version with few exceptions. I only recorded those repeating minibosses which were really different from the first battle against them. As for challenges - there are not many that I could think of besides "no damage" which I always do anyway. For most fights I tried to follow very simple rules: 1) if a boss can be damaged with sword, then use sword to damage it and nothing else. 2) Keep digging in the inventory to an absolutely necessary minimum. Oh, and I also didn't upgrade the sword so the Moldorm form of final boss left some very unpleasant memories for me.))) That all I wanted to say. Thanks for watching this video. And be sure - I will record these bosses in remake after it is released.

I wish that Moldorm form of final boss had some holes that teleport Link into shop, if Link falls into one.

At least it’s not Link between worlds version, If you fell he’d regain his health but keep his speed but resets the color (yellow to dark red is how much damaged) the platform you would fall on had 4 hearts and he was the 2nd/3rd boss and had to be beat in final dungeon to unlock the boss door (2 mini bosses and 2 bosses had to be beaten to unlock instead of a boss key) and did I say SPOILER ALERT!

@@alexjensen9490 Being teleported into shop means long backtrack through half of overworld, Wind Fish Egg maze (hope you learn maze solution by heart) and first two bosses. And If you have stolen anything from shop, it`s instant death by shopkeeper`s wrath, which perma-locks you out of true ending, which requires no death run.

Nope you're not, as I'm high functioning autistic as I watched this video a little while back ago and understood the ending of this game the island people that weren't really evil vanished too! It hurt me a lot too! But I bought this game cause my sister wanted to play it someday anyway as I'm glad I bought this for her!

I want to be a video game developer one day, and I thought that I wanted to make a soulslike game with anesthetics similar to the legend of zelda, most notably link's awakening, I call it dragon souls, not to be confused with skyrim, takes place in a medieval setting, with spin-offs like valkyrie souls, set in Norse mythology, hell souls, set in medieval times where you fight demons similar to diablo, and dungeon souls, set in the 80s where you fight mythical creatures similar to dungeons and dragons, all in retro zelda style

I'm planning to do other games eventually but it will take time. Unlike platformers Zelda games are longer and I usually do not have old saves lying around so I have to replay whole game from the beginning. While it is nice for nostalgia, just replaying even a rather short 5-8 hour games can take up to a week not to mention the time needed to record each boss fight perfectly.

You can deflect Shadow Agahnim's attacks by using the Shovel, and one-shot DeathI using the Boomerang. Are these glitches or were they purposely implemented?
