Seriously you want to listen to one of your favourite game soundtracks and the comment sections is totally screwed up with these 'Freiheit' hashtags. The fact that Unge put this track into his video is just a degradation of this wonderful piece of music. If you know the original meaning of this track you would probably never connect the word freedom with it. It's more like the opposite. This impression intensifies when you remember how bleak themend the atmosphere of Majoras Mask is. Now the comment section is full of commenters who completely missunderstand the meaning. You want to feel freedom? Play the game: it's amazing and a thousand times more interesting then Unge's videos about Minecraft. Grind out your own freedom and don''t just follow the speeches of people you like blundering.

I also play it on ocarina , both of them versions . For some reasons both of them calms me , Song of Healing and Song of Unhealing but in a more different way , stranger way ... Song of Healing has a warming touch however , Song of Unhealing has a chilling touch :)

Tragic tone? Everywhere I played this song it brought people with hope, made the remember the past, remember their victories and greatest moments. Brought a father and daughter back together. Let a master dancer pass on his technique to the world. No... this song brought hope and joy to the world. Darmani's mask gave back hope to the goron people,the deku scrub mask brought the monkeys and deku scrub together, Mikau's mask restored his loves voice and saved his children. Tragic? I think not.

It hasn't been ruined at all. It's still there, sounds as great as ever. The only thing the creepypasta did was get more people interested in the game itself. 'a bunch of morons who think ben was so scary creepypasta'. So you just couldn't find any fun in it yourself and have to hate it? The Song of Healing; it's not meant to heal physical pain, it's meant to heal emotional pain. The pains of guilt, betrayal, death, loss, depression; all the people you help in Majora's Mask suffer from these emotional monsters, though it's power can be felt in the real world can it not? True the song is powerful enough to heal the physical but it's true power is in the emotional.

This song is really soothing and sad, I recently got MM 3D and hadn't played the game since I was young. The scene where you get the Gibdo mask and the man is reunited w/ his daughter while this song plays in the background almost made me cry. Which is weird games/movies/books/most things don't make me cry. But this song and just the thought that it eases the pain of the dead is really sad. People say this is the darkest Zelda. I disagree TP is the darkest, this is the saddest though. So many themes of death. That and the enemy who literally kills himself! Such a sad game.
