I recognize these voices! These were the same voice actors from the old Zelda cartoon! I listened to this tape with the book plus the Mario one at my special aid class and found the cartoons when I downloaded music, pictures, and videos from Morphia and Kazee. I'm glad I looked for this old piece of nostalgia.

There's a boss in Breath of the Wild who throws a spear that reappears in its hand, and it reminded me of this book. Now if only I had a shield that could swallow a hit to a miss.

I'm glad I found this, I can't find my copy and I would like my son to be able to experience the story books I grew up with. This was his bedtime story for the night.

8:50 The book had "Link would come to her rescue-the future of her land depended on it!" but the guy said "Link would come to the rescue-the future of the land depended on it."

Some copies of the book also came with an audio cassette tape which narrated the story, and it even featured the voice actors from The Legend of Zelda Animated Series who providing voices for the characters.

If you still have the cassette, you can hook a tape player to your PC and record it in Audacity, it'll sound much better. I've been doing this with childhood tapes.

I had this book along with the tape. I also had the Mario book. What bothered me about this book is that Zelda did not look like Zelda. She looks more like Princess Toadstool. RJ

The narrator pronounces Molblin differently than the other characters. Possibly because at the time this book came out, "Moblin" was already the accepted spelling and pronunciation in the cartoon. I'm a nerd.

wish this person had the right tools to input the audio from the cassette to the pc instead of recording audio the from a microphone. all you need is a audio line input to pc and aux audio cable that plugs into headphone jack of cassette player.
@NintendoPsycho7 жыл бұрын
If I had the technology back in 2008 I would've used it. Funny enough the audio is still clear and the bootleg-style recording gives it an classic vibe to it.
@robbiewalker28315 жыл бұрын
@@NintendoPsycho Could you re-record it, so people can reanimate this classic tale for SFM or Gmod?
