I'm trying to remember, is the self-repairing shield available at this point? I thought it was after Elden but I could be mistaken.

The Sacred Shield doesn't become available until you defeat Imprisoned 1. It costs 500 rupees but I'm using time I'm spending at Lanayru and other places to prepare for that later.
