On the best horses? You have clearly never seen the winning rides he gives some of the absolute donkeys he rides...The man is the greatest jockey we will ever see, he is a phenomenon. Pray that he never retires because we won't see his like again.

A TRUE LEGEND! Unlike British Athlets,swimmers and Gymnasts who only became up to a European Standard because of the con that is The National Lottery,AP McCoy did it old school, hard work ride after ride day after day. Typical of the British Public to only give him the BBC Sports Personality of the year award after winning The Grand National when his achevements for a generation were much more than that! AP McCoy the best of the best!

be along time before anyone in such competive fields will ever get close, heard guy mick fitzgerald never ever likely to see that matched not even in 100 years.i cant see it myself could be over 1000 years before anyone gets close.(living legend in other words cut the banter)take a young jockey to be hitting his strike rate per season for god knows how long:)

Your clearly don't have a clue about racing, the man is a legend we will never see the likes of him again, hardly ever on the best horses and still won, ie witcha lineman and synchronised typical ap rides

And he killed the both of them and many many more,him and Jonjo really were profesional horse killers and thats why JP started giving the really good horsesvto other trainers and why Jonjo only had one owner (JP) as no other owner would trust him.

Clearly have no clue about racing ! Watch is ride on Synchronised in the 2009 Gold Cup, that horse was not travelling at all and still managed to win the greatest race on the planet.
