Thanks for this, it really captures the spirit--I caught them in Portland, and while I missed seeing Silverman the set felt very strong. Reminiscent of my early dots concerts, in that I had not heard the new record and did not recognize most of the songs played.

They do play at least three gigs in Canada on all their North American tours. They were in Vancouver, Montréal and Toronto last fall.

Silverman a décidé de se retirer des tournées car il trouvais ça trop exigeant. C'est Edward Ka-Spel lui-même qui en a fait l'annonce via leur site officiel. Il on recruté Randall Frazier pour le remplacer en tournée. Toutefois, je crois que Silverman restera un membre du groupe pour la composition de nouvelle musique.

@@ZachariahDarko I once worked a theatre job that involved touring for about a month. Packing and unpacking every day, cramming into a van. My mind considered the LPDs a lot during that time. I have no idea how they did it for almost forty years! And it involved planes!

@@ZachariahDarko En fait Edward a précisé plus tard que Philip a à toutes fins pratiques "accroché son clavier" et pris sa retraite de la musique et que Randall est un nouveau membre permanent comme Erik.
