how do u split the different drum parts on different instrument rack busses?🤔 4:06

From what I can remember, when you create a new audio track in Ableton Live, you have two drop-down menus to select the input. In the first one you can select the track where your drum kit is, and with the second you can select a particular channel. Create as many audio tracks as there are elements in your drum kit (most drum kit vsts send each element to a different channel) and put those tracks in "in" mode, to hear the sound that comes in them. I hope that helps.

Ah no, for this one I just duplicated the channel with the vst (group the instrument, then duplicate the channel) and muted what I didn't need in each channel. Not the most CPU efficient, but that was the easiest

@@renaudmercier6259 Oh trop cool ! Merci. Je viens de regarder sur le net, la fonction est en test aux US et devrait arriver progressivement sur les autres chaînes du monde. Je vais garder un oeil ouvert pour quand j'aurai accès à cette fonction :)

I’m not convinced a Roland Cloud subscription is worth the price. The Arturia V collection seems better and you buy it once and it has more synths from many vendors including Roland clones.

The Arturia V looks like a very good deal indeed!

Just one hint: everything with 198x is NOT 90s. And I can't figure out, how old-fashioned-nastolgic the synth-freaks are. Adicted to synth from 40 years ago. Worse than my grandparents mindset🙈

I would do music with any sound. Those sounds are cool. I'll use them too.

@@Woochia Glad for you. So do I. Flute, Cello... But I am not a "nostalgic freak", not stuck in admiring the stone age for its sensational inventions those times. Although I play ALL styles of music... but mainly techno. Besides my advanced age, my taste and feelings I am still able to use my brain. 90s is "supersaw". Accompanied by mindstorming arpeggios of mindstorming electronic sounds. NOT FM! And because I have a crap of a Yamaha, a (buggy) "granny bag" we say here... I'm looking forward to research Roland Cloud one day. The only manufacturer, who - once - was at the pulse of time.
