I work in lawn care. And i can tell u that this would be a game changer. We run exmarks 60in 0 turn, and also 48in ride behinds. We get stuck and encounter terrain we cannot mow often. This would mitigate trimming and other cumbersome lawn chores! Well done ventrac.

I saw my first Ventrac in real life. It was being used to cut the grass around an overpass abutment on the end of the Mass. Pike in western Massachusetts. It was stuck to a stunningly steeply angled area like a tick on a dog. It was nimbly and quickly taking care of this troublesome area better than 2 guys with handheld power trimmers could do it. Very impressive.

Interesting. As a relative of the Steiner family & former employee of Steiner Corporation (1970's-1980's) I understand the concerns of both the consumers/owners (including future potential owners) and the Steiner family but imagine the strain the Associates of Venture Corporation (Ventrac) must be dealing with. Our human nature does not like CHANGE but remember this is where we have the ability to grow our concepts, ideas & dreams to their greatest capacity. Let's give this a chance and lend our support to the Associates of Ventrac.

7:46 that’s the smartest attachment. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tractor ever have that kind of attachment. That’s so perfect because if a trailer is in your way instead of have to get your car just grab that really quick and move it.

Rear hydraulic remotes and a three point hitch can be fitted to these machines. Could a liquid sprayer operate off these connections?
@deanjahnz95464 жыл бұрын
@@kdegraa Absolutely. Centrifugal pump could be powered by hydraulic motor, any competent fabricator can build a tank cradle and spray boom as fancy or cheap as you want (hydraulic or manual fold and boom height adjustment); solenoid valves to shut down sections of the boom for wedge rows, etc. How thick is your wallet? ;)

Dean Jahnz sounds the go. I’m keen to get a Ventrac for my farm where I’m planting an orchard. One task everyone in the business says is needed is spraying the trees. I’m a bit dubious about spraying. However if it must be done it would be great if a Ventrac could be a sprayer. The tasks I’d like a Ventrac to help with are: Mowing Towing Moving stuff with a bucket Distributing mulch Harvesting Sweeping Stuff a Ventrac can’t help with is pruning trees and I would have thought spraying. I’d love to use a Ventrac as it looks like an easy to use, safe and reliable machine that would be very handy in an orchard of about 900 macadamia trees.

@deanjahnz95464 жыл бұрын
form follows function. "boxy" sheetmetal work is much more economical to produce on a press brake than sinking tens of thousands of dollars into stamping dies. An awesome machine that many people would love to have but can't justify the cost. Your criticism would drive it out of reach for even more people.
