7:20 while it is a nice detail that Lord Business’ cape is a tie, it is supposed to be obvious that Finn represents Emmet (blue and orange outfit, stripes) and The Main Upstairs represents Lord Business (his exact same suit) by their outfits. The Zoolander comparison seems like a stretch. That’s like saying Will Ferrel played a bad guy in Megamind so he could be a bad guy in The LEGO Movie.

BIONICLE saved LEGO from bankruptcy back in 2001. The story of BIONICLE was the main marketing for the sets. It was successful because of the story, the characters, and much more. The reason why it failed because the pieces kept breaking, especially the lime pieces. When they brought back BIONICLE in 2015, it had mixed reviews. the sets were good but the story was bad. BIONICLE failed again in 2017 not because of the sets and poor sales, but it's because LEGO put the dumbest people who don't know what BIONICLE is in charge of it.

Hi crazy nate, its tai jones, i was watching some of the easter eggs from the lego movie years ago, and there was quite a lot in the movie, but i only found just one easter egg that you or some of the people who was watching the movie will be kicking themselves, the scene starts where emmet and wildstyle escape from bad cop and end up in an alley, then wildstyle makes the bike out of lego pieces, to make their escape on the motorway in Bricksburg, but when the police cars were just about to chase them, i saw two road signs on top of the screen in the movie, and this is where the one easter egg that i found, because if you pause the movie with the road signs and look at the right hand side, you will see 3 destinations, the easter egg is the middle destination which has a place called Heartlake City from Lego Friends/Lego Friends Girls on a Mission.
