The LEGO Star Wars 2024 Tantive is expensive

This is a set I’ve been looking forward to for a very long time! But at the same time, it exemplifies all the problems of the young LEGO Star Wars “starship collection.” This is a line of sets I really enjoy, but it’s far from perfect. Let’s discuss!

This is why I pivoted to buying Ninjago instead; prices are way more reasonable, you get more value for your money, and the sets are just overall more diverse. It feels like there’s not a single good Star Wars set on the market right now that I don’t already have.

I’m definitely very selective with my Star Wars purchases these days. I only look for stuff I don’t already have, and this one’s right up my alley. I do agree though, whenever I buy from any other theme I feel like I’m getting a better deal lol

Having a minifigure in these midi-scale sets would definitely make me more interested, though maybe for the wrong reasons. I’m on the edge regarding buying the Invisible Hand, and a minifigure would have guaranteed my purchase.

I wouldn’t be complaining too much if the stand didn’t have a SLOT for a minifigure but then NO figure. It’s a silly design in that regard 😂 and yeah it would increase the desirability of these sets tenfold

Omg what a whining video. If its to expensive, don't buy the thing especially if you don't want stickers etc. and no they don't need minifigs! It's a midi scale set. Get over it
