Honestly, if this Tactics re-run is a model for the future: A+ for Gumi, in my opinion. I don't think we need a "New" Unit from an old Final Fantasy collaboration: I have the main characters from the Final Fantasy's that've already run. I want the *other* Final Fantasy main characters! (XII and XVI, darn it!) But, ideally, I also want my investment in old units to be worth it. How many times have we wished that our old stable could come forward to the new meta? That's what they've done here. If you already have the units at 99, you're ahead of the game. If you want one of them jumped to 120, they let you. Later on, if they created a new "140" (Mega 140!) for future reruns, but let new players buy old collab units to 120, I'd be overjoyed. This would be much more accessible to both old and new players.

I feel like this is a bonus for existing players, following the return/new player reward banners they released at the start of trial of mana collab. For those who have these units from FFT, should be a fun try to use these units, just not at top level competitive PvP.

Hopefully Tactics characters are good again. I never got Delita or Ramza on my main account so I'll have to decide which of them to acquire with that 120 select ticket. Also Will, your mic is like 3x lower than JB's. It's a pain turning you up and him down each time.

Mono lightning has had a really bad 2024 so far so these Cid buffs are completely justified imo

Haven't played in a while and will be coming back just for this. Happy about the reworks, but I'll never understand why they won't release anything new for FFT. I'll always be on the side that Ramza and Delita should have been the only duplicate units released initially. Gumi only deciding to release the boy versions of Ramza and Delita from Chapter 1 will always feel wrong with how many Leelas/Helenas/etc. are in the game at this point. Also, the decision to design WOTV's crystal warriors from the ground up instead of using the existing designs for the Shrine Knights (FFT's crystal warriors) comes off as weird, time-consuming, and not good financially for the game.

This was long overdue. FFT should have came before FFAC, its the reason why I quit, I got tired of waiting and opening the wallet, for things I didn't end up getting. Gacha games are on the chopping block for me. Glad to be done with the game at this point.
