Just started with light body meditation early last year. Happened to wake up at 3:00 to a live stream and that led to the live global retreat. And have played them over and over particularly 3 and 6. And now the more recent uploads. My lockdown experience was defined by these teachings and pre-existing practice of sun salutations and automatic writing. How to hold it all though as the frey calls once more? Thank you for everything Ben.

The Oneness- is difficult to conceptualize because there are so many levels inbetween our individuation and that initial source- So the Question to clarify is how does that understanding or knowing of the ONE help us NOW... How do we put that understanding to use now? To Evolve in this Now Form? Ive done psychedelics and went thru the process of understanding I AM GOD- and that my turn is over and its someone elses turn to tell a story and I will play a part in it- infinitely. So, I CAN GRASP this- BUT it only helps me in this now moment if I can KNOW IT every moment- but I dont- I have to remind myself all day every day- as I catch myself not remembering or knowing it... again- the moment I am interrupted it is gone and i am here being this...and nothing has changed

There have been thaught in sciences practical models of this. Only then these insights can become applicable in everyday life. It is a pity that the works by great philosophers are never mentioned here. This is nothing but turning the clock back to Plato's cave shadows. So much has become available since then in sciences, but no word of all significant developments that enable to empirically describe introspection perspective for problem solving purposes. I always look for teachers that take students along through their libraries. Often visible in the background. Not one episode filled with books Probably an e-reader.
