I realised that it is indeed so that when you surpressed energies or repress them, instead of feeling them, they show up as repeated patterns and events in your life. You constantly get events and people that trigger the wounds (difficult feelings) you have hold on. That is plain Law of Attraction. Unfortunately, many people think that „be always happy so you attract only nice things“ as many LOA coaches teach, means that you must DENY and repress and „forget“ your uncomfortable feelings. And then... they will see that some day, those emptions come up in the event that you did not expected. You never xan escape your emotions or feelings! You must take them to your gand, look at them and let go - which actually means to transform their energy to positive, love, for example, or courage. The repetition of that unhealed, unfelt and repressed feeling (abandonnent, anger= fear, helplessness, lonelyness etc.) then show up again again again again - until the pain is so big, that you die or do something to it. Most people then use drugs, alcohol, sex, etc. To get out feeling those feelings. But those things does not make anyone happy. After all, unfelt feelings become diseases, like cancer.

I’m curious how would you go about healing prejudices, xenophobia and subtle racist remarks from others? I keep manifesting the same kinds of other women who make assumptions on my religion because I have an Indian surname...they automatically assume I can’t eat pork Now here is the weird part.. I have cptsd as a result of being almost beaten to death by a gang of Muslim extremist boys back in the 90s because I wore a crucifix. The white teachers saw what had happened and said: not our problem, brown people problems etc I was 8 years old and covered in blood. Now I fear telling a psychiatrist because I don’t think they would understand here in England...were so obsessed about being politically correct it’s like I am wrong automatically for telling the truth on my abuse Most Indian or British Indian people or biracial people are not automatically Muslim...but yeah I feel triggered when people assume I cannot eat pork when I was raised Christian and raised English. Somebody like this comment to show this comment is still visible and notshadowbanned automatically for being too controversial It’s embarrassing but I must have a subconscious hang up around race somehow and different cultures.

@@AccidentalWarrior144 I was born in Tanzania 🇹🇿 in the 1970’s while my father was in East Africa designing new roads/bridges there for his company back in New Jersey. He met my mother who is excommunicated from the Catholic Church for marrying a divorced American man. She was raised European and went to British schools but also spoke Swahili which was the native language. When we moved back to New England and I went to school a lot of the kids would laugh at me and tell me to “go back to Africa where I belong”. And going to school with a bunch of Italian and Irish Catholic kids I was definitely the oddball out with my dark skin and British accent from school overseas. I was named after my mother’s only sister Loretta who actually married a Muslim man and converted and had children with him until he decided to take a second wife which wasn’t actually anything she ever thought would happen when she fell in love with him and they got married. So I have lots of different cultures and religions in my upbringing and it made me very open minded because I realized that it doesn’t matter what color we are what religion we are if we live in a wheelchair if we speak with sign language we all feel fear and love the same underneath and that is our common ground. Being a human being is hard enough without trying to box 📦 people into different sects & categories🧮. Thank God these things are being discussed & changed bc we are after all, ‘a Global community’ sharing a common mother- 🌎 Earth. She doesn’t care what categories we have been put in. To Gaia we are all spiritual beings having a challenging but awesome experiences as humans here in the 3D reality called life!

Buddha actually taught that desires lead to enlightenment. If you read the lotus sutra, which is his teaching he said was the only true teaching and to disregard all others because he was not enlightened in his previous teachings, he taught that desires were empowering and natural. We desire to drink water, to eat, to play. We use our desires to transform ourself and to challenge ourself. Without desire life would have no meaning or purpose. It’s what you do with your desires that matters.

Idk. When I don't have any desires I'm usually in a state of depression unable to feel love for life or create anything. When I feel desire I feel alive. Beliefs that invalidate the reason to be here are hostile to physical life. Fulfilling desires and goals brings happiness. The caste system in India prevented millions from realizing their desires and the only release from the drowning sensation of pain it caused was the indoctrination not to have any desires at all. We expand through the physical experience. Balance between our spiritual alignment and our freedom to create here seems ideal. Earth is not meant to be a prison. It's a palette of colors and potential love beauty and joy.

There is nothing wrong with desires. I'd highly recommend listening to/reading Neville Goddard. He talks a lot about states of consciousness. Desires are from God (I AM).

I’ve been in the same place you are describing. But you can also be in a peaceful place without desire as in replace it with intention of doing something which makes you happy, this usually would add value to others as well and in return make you happy 😊

Dating situations that don’t work out. Etc. And you still don’t have these things? No matter how much letting go you’ve done.

And my old fear paterns of a guy that does not like me...or is that realistic and normal?

Do you approve of continuing your shift experience courses that I still have access to after getting a refund due to not being able to fund my healing? I'm ready to heal. I have a printer now, and I'm eager to go through every course and heal. I was a little afraid of what others might think. However, I'm taking the risk in hopes you might see this question with a very detailed statement.

I am at the lowest of the low. I resist at every point, I practically trust nothing unless it evinces a negative outcome for me. Whenever a feeling arises, I try to determine its source and negotiate whether I sould trust it, feel it or not before even acknowledging it. Though I have realized that this is leading me to insanity and I have been trying to feel whatever comes, and not pretend that that I can determine the source of a feeling whithout taking the time to acknowledge the feelings that will teach me about my self.
@soundoflove193 жыл бұрын
Why do you feel the need to resist or control though? What do you think would happen if you didn’t?
@alexanderfridayeagle91463 жыл бұрын
@@soundoflove19 I guess I am afraid that I will lose my self in the situation and I am also pretty selfish and feel the need to explain everything and have a narrative where every situation is under my control, I also feel lost when my emotional state or motives change because of other people's actions or words. I am too stuck on the fact that I cannot control the input that comes in my brain it is as if everything is a reaction, no pure action. I also might be afraid to rely on others and let them in, to admit that I am not an independent secluded entity, bit live through interactions. I am working on it now though, because I have already lost too much being in this state, by not accepting my feelings and not being more open and humble. It is hard though, sometimes I feel trapped, the way I feel is so easily affected by what others do, like every thought and action is determined by extetnal input over which there is no control, but I guess that through working with this reality and not resisting it can one raise their awareness and be more conscious. I am just too deluded and broken and full of shame and guilt, and OCD does not help, but I want something better.
@soundoflove193 жыл бұрын
@@alexanderfridayeagle9146 It feels like you are overwhelmed in a way, because you might be focusing on all these things at once and trying to control the outcome as well. In reality the only thing you can control is yourself and therefore you are not responsible for how others act. That’s on them. That is their karma. As for losing oneself that is almost impossible, it would be pretty hard to do. No one can take away you from you. Try not putting so much pressure on yourself. You said you feel lost when your emotional state changes due to other people’s actions. There could be many reasons as to why so I’m just gonna guess here.. It could be that literally you’re picking up on their negative energy or thoughts, which in return makes your emotional state feel as lost. This is because these emotions are not yours (making you feel lost is actually what’s happening). You probably would have to distance yourself for a minute or two and think about what you are actually feeling yourself.. Selfishness can come from someone thinking they have something to lose or something might have happened to you in the past and now you are “protecting yourself.” Independent does not mean never having to rely on someone. I believe we are here to help each other as much as possible. I can relate to when you said you are easily affected by others. I probably had the most “incident reports” within my company (it’s a big company too) because of my fighting and arguing with the management often. But I’ve learned eventually to use my calm voice and pull them to the side and let them know that I do not appreciate the way they talk to me or whatever the case may be. It took a lot of patience but I wanted to feel like I am in control, at least when it came to my own actions. So what I’ve learned is how I react has nothing to do with them being nasty or what not. What I’m trying to say is as long as you know who you are and stand up for yourself and what you believe. No outside influence should be able to sway you one way or another. Because they are not better than you, especially bullies or people who try to get under your skin. You don’t owe them anything and you have nothing to prove to anyone (no explanation needed at all). Just be true to yourself. Anyways hope this made some sense. Wish you the best :)
