Because of commets i got spoilers 😅 but I wanna know something like what actually happened to maid after her death? Why Charlotte comitted suicide? And who wrote the Letter?

The maid turns into a ghost and wants to get revenge on Charlotte that’s why Charlotte wrote the letter , Charlotte is one who wrote it you can see that at the end of the true ending in the memory fragment

@@maulshreesiddhartha4447 SPOILER!!!! Charlotte kept seeing and being haunted by Takako's ghost. So after she wrote the letter Charlotte hung herself. Because of the stuff she had done her spirit fused together with that of Takako. That's why the spirit is so vengeful. You can see clear sometimes that the ghost's appearance swaps from looking like Takako to Charlotte. They are basicly one right now. Charlotte being the bad person she was is now just doomed to staying on the grounds and killing anyone who reads her damned letter. I hope that explains it a bit :)
