I has this happen, except they didn't use my credit card. I caught it when I got notification that I was getting a delivery and I called to figure out what it was. The delivery was stopped even though I practically begged for them to let it come through. They would have never forgotten coming to my house. The dust in my house is more valuable than a thief.

Fun facts about astronauts: You do just kinda float, so "bed" may not actually be horizontal and on the "floor", so yeah there's kind of a "blanket"/sleeping harness you zip yourself into. and you just stop moving and fall asleep. As a kid I remember seeing a video at school of the ISS. From memory they had standing sleeping bags mounted to the wall. Inside the sleeping bag was another smaller sleeping bag like design. It was a large sleeveless vest with zippers. You would zip yourself into it to hold you in place kinda like a harness, than you could zip the larger sleeping bag if you wished over it.

Bribery is still illegal but the lawsuit called gratuity a bribe which procedurally is not correct. I’ll probably still be obsessed with Midjourney and never thought about the money part until I wanted to make a coffee table book or certain niche AI art, put that all in a book and make all different kinds. Maybe someone else can do that, I still will but the art is obviously not mine. I’m just good with prompts for that particular modality. So I can’t expect $ because I didn’t make it but I told the AI basically what to do so maybe if it finally hurried up and understand it’s the humans not the AI, the better.

I want it to take over so shit can improve. Politics, resource distribution, everything. As much as I can sympathize for the artists, let's not pretend like there wasn't an issue of endemic mediocrity in our art spaces. You can't on one hand complain and moan that AI is unoriginal and stealing your art, and then pretend like it can replace you. If it's just regurgitating spin-off after spin-off, your original creative works will be fine.
