Hi my question is I have the GED certificate which they stated is not recognised plus I have 3 degrees - BA Business Management, MBA Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Education Degree in Elementary School. I personally graduated from a foreign dental school and i am confused between these two questions because i dont know where dental school fits, in the first or second category, which one should i answer “yes” ? The first question says: Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent? Not as a qualifying education level. A level is what qualifies. If you did not proceed to A level, you will have to qualify through work experience. Though you have to list it on the education level on ds260

That of 13 years is also the correct one. I know some countries go for 13 or used to go for 13 years like Kenyan old system 7-4-2 . That is the US equivalent of highschool diploma.
