yes, Shirley Caesar was always my mentor she became my friend when I was only 16 years old. And Shirley asked me to join her Caesar Singer's, but I told her I got one more year of high school so I could not leave now. Then Shirley asked me to travel with her and tour for that summer then she said ask your Mama and I will take you every where I go. And I was my Mother's 6th child and my Mother's favorite cook and house cleaner I knew she would not let me. But my older sister told my Mother Shirley asked Edith to join her group. My Mother hit the ceiling she was so jealous because my Mother could sing good, but she had 8 children she could not go no where, so she was mad that she could not travel to sing. But Shirley taught me no matter what respect your Mama. And I did, and I grew up to take care of my Mother, and because of that God has always blessed me.

I agree on everything Pastor Caesar say I agree with her. I came from a large family myself my parents had 11 children I'm the 6 out of 11. I'm from the penetecoasts myself and I never had a habit of smoking and drinking.
