At first I didn't understand either but now I do and it has unlocked amazing potential for my builds. Even a tank build ends up hitting like a DPS build if you understand the mechanics and use the right modifiers.

My Umbra build with Memento and Fox Prayer makes this weapon melt NPCs in PVE. I'm currently using it with InSync with the striker drone and the banshee pulse. I used to run Striker but ever since i discovered Umbra I've been slaying NPCs more quicker than before.

I usually do, whenever I go back to the BoO (White House), it just so happens that I just plain forgot or otherwise didn't. I've been in this franchise since day 1. To say that I don't deserve something they are giving for free to players who haven't been playing longer than I have is a real slap in the face. Especially for their "auto-delivery system". Why they didn't/don't use the "Special Deliveries" part of the Mail Box in order to avoid situations such as this is Beyond me.

This gun is definitely the best ar including exotics. It’s not even close. I put optimist on mine and it shreds everything. It does more damage than both the eb and elmos with more stability along with its rate of fire. It is an obvious standout. Folks can say they prefer another ar but this one is certainly the most powerful.

@@mikerzisu9508 If it were the intention. Then this just proves that they no longer have a team that can work on Div2. They fired everyone that had talent for their cheaper mentoring program hires. Probably the reason why they started making Div3 honestly. So they would have a fresh game, created by the fresh unexperienced mentorship hires, so that the cheaper team can fix the mistakes they make since they know every inch of their new game. Instead of picking up where the old and more experienced team left off. Sure you could contribute a bug such as this to when they had to rework the entire game that one time when they really screwed up the back end code but even then... *sigh* We aren't in Kansas anymore. I'll probably be dead before Ubi gets their feet back under then again. sorry... I'm really salty about XDefiant being collateral damage with their mis-management failures, JUST because it isn't force fed millions of worthless skins like Division is, or any of their other games. Just launch it and the rest of your games on Steam, forget your garbage Ubisoft Connect Launcher, it is more of a deterrent to new gamers than ANYTHING ELSE. Not to mention its QoL is terrible. Just put everything on Steam and then focus on making training your inexperienced team. Let the game rot a little, it will retain a little of its playerbase and on Steam it will be more accessible. All the while you'll finally get a team trained up to ACTUALLY make content again. Instead of copy paste slop, like we currently have in Division 2. Cuz if I see another gearset or weapon in the next patch that does something with "STACKS" I will be going nutz.

Funny you bring up emulating Div1 builds. I've been working on trying to make a Div2 version of Pred-Shee. For those that don't know, that's 3pc Pred Mark, 2pc Banshee with the NinjaBike. Closest stand in for the Banshee component on Div2 is 2pc of Virtuoso (3pc bonus with NinjaBike). As far as the Pred Mark component, the obvious answer is Ongoing. But, I was also tinkering with Hunter's Fury too. I'd be interested in what you can come up with.

You know, a heartbreaker set up might be good! Edit: Negotiator's Dilemma might also be awesome. It already deals damage at a rapid pace, so you can just kind of paint and spray. Paint the targets, spray the gun. Further more, to build up my point from earlier, a Flatlining Heartbreaker build might be in session. Constant pulses sounds silly, and may lead to constant damage bonuses. Combine that with crit stuff from things like coyotes, and you are looking at a real problem 😮

It's actually a beast. I put Killer on mine and it managed to hit like over 1,3 mil on a crit headshot while I was running Lincoln on Heroic today. The Elmo barely managed to scratch 1 mil on the exact same build. Edit: Forgot to mention, playing without the modifiers.

for burst damage yes, for sustain elmo is still better due to 70 round mag, also it's a preference but the shock ammo really does save me a lot and it's great for cc.

I'm personally loving the Lexington. It seems nearly perfect as is (kinda wish it had 10 or more rounds in the mag). And with the long rail, u can put the Link pointer on it for Heartbreaker. Now, if only the devs would reverse the nerfs they did to other things (Striker, Ceska, etc.)

Heartbreaker is very strong with this + Flatline. With an all Red CHC/CHD Hearbreaker Red Closer (CHC/CHD) and a vigiliance bag it actually outdamages the "open world" striker build by quite a bit.

Currently there's no way to upgrade it, but I definitely recommend keeping it in your Stash/inventory in case they do introduce a way to power it up. But, I wouldn't feel too bad- the Elmo's is a great weapon too!

@RogueGold yea I have both Elmo AND Lexington by sheer chance... And I'm pretty happy with my Elmo rn... Also, I somehow got TWO copies of the Lexington... 1 is stuck at Level 1 while the other is at Level 18 (that's when I got the second one in my mailbox) And I cant dismantle them, or sell them, or even use either of them for proficiency donation... What's more, is that I have some sort of "Blueprint" looking thingy along with them... And I can't seem to get rid or either of those 3 or get them upgraded or sold or literally anything... 😅

I really, really wish there was an option to hide weapon attachments, because you have to ruin such a nice gun, with even nicer skins with a big ahh ahh ugly ass Sturdy Extended mag.Also we should have been able to roll Perfect talents on it, considering it's the only copy of the weapon we'll ever get, probably.

I started using it in my explosives skill build with sync just to level it up...i ended up running it up to level 12 and replacing my capacitor with it permanently. It's great. That said they should have replaced 💩 health damage with armor damage, but whatever. Also I firmly believe the anniversary skins should be usable on all weapons, otherwise for people that don't want to use lexington they're pointless and that's a shame. As for the distrobutio, why didn't they just drop the gun in our mailbox and tell people to go check in their stash? Makes no sense.
