Notice he uses the term “caregiver” instead of “nurse”, “nurse’s aide” or even “PSW”, which means Miller and Trudeau can let in ANYONE. It could just be an orderly or an unskilled worker who substitutes for nursing home volunteers. A lack of English or French language skills can result in mistakes that cause the lives if patients and vulnerable people who need caregivers. Finally, how are they checking the backgrounds of these ”caregivers”? I hope Miller has to personally rely on services from these caregivers.
