I think at this point you probably get more for your money with a home that is a resale versus buying new construction. It all depends on whether or not you want a brand new home or not obviously. But I think you’ll get more for your money with a resale, thanks for watching

@@EliMagidsLuxuryHomes I went to Fort Mill 2 weeks ago and toured Springfield per your video a while ago. Would you please make a video on where to retire in Fort Mill, or Indian Head? Not the 55+ community, but communities that are good for retirees, I.e., close to hospitals. SC clearly has some property tax advantages. Thank you!
