What about people who eat steak thats rare? So some blood remains after cooking? Is it better to be vegetarian or vegan as we cant know how any animal was killed and what happened to its blood?

It’s one reason why I find the interpretation of this video problematic. My husband ate a type of blood sausage regularly as a child because he grew up somewhere where it’s an intricate part of the local cuisine. His grandpa prepared it and he simply ate it. According to this video, my husband already lost his salvation eternally just because he ate blood sausage. I don’t think that’s the case. Also because I can see from the fruits of my husband that he’s still living according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It cannot be that he lost his salvation because of eating blood and at the same time is still living with the Holy Spirit. And like you said, there’s always rests of blood in meat, you cannot avoid that. But avoiding meat altogether is never commanded in the Bible. To me, this video is full of contradictions.

@@RafaelaMoning I guess it's not an unconditional sin so must of been atonened for at Christ's death/reserection. Plus as a child he wouldn't of known any different so is 100% forgiven. I'm in UK n the store I buy my packed meat from is leaving blood in the pack to keep it looking fresher for longer. Instead of fake dyes. I try hard to avoid consuming blood but steaks still retain some.

@@michellegower1259 yeah, I definitely don’t believe that my husband is lost for eating those foods with blood. From my perspective, thanks to Jesus offer and His atoning blood, we can eat foods with blood without problems. Not that we should search them out and we should always make sure to search natural, clean foods that do not pose health threats, but I don’t think we need to approach it religiously and to be honest I think it’s a topic of minor importance. I prefer to focus more on how we can mean something spiritually to others and approach the things of the body a bit more pragmatically.
