I have prestiged her completely and recognize many of the strategies seen here. Scourge hooks only works when we are getting downs , if we aren't getting enough downs then it's worthless that's why at higher levels players don't use it cause they know they ain't get much downs anyway

You might be right as I am low rank killer and play just for fun. However I have stopped survivors on last gen in Haddonfield using Scourge hook and literally 2 stack of Pentimento. Any broken totem(doesn't matter dull, hex) can be rekindled as Pentimento stacks. However, omce ghe rekindled totem is broken, the totem can't be rekindled again. 2 pentimento stacks are really helpful as they reduce survivors healing and repairing speed by 15 or 20 %
