When I was sick the doctor told me to boil a pot of water and then put it on the floor and sit under a comforter with the water. It’s great, it’s like being in a steam room and helped so much!

Hello Carrie, may i ask if your company has a rule where if you bought a round trip ticket to US for your immediate family (ex. Your dad) but he’s only on a tourist visa, is there a policy where they can only stay in US for maximum 3 months and that they have to go back where they originaly flew from? GIRL....Order some Garden of Life Elder Berry Syrup of Amazon. I take it if I even feel a tickle in my throat and it completely stops your sickness or gets rid of it totally. I always have it in my house. Also... When you are sick get the Sudafed from behind the pharmacy counter. You just go up to the pharmacy and ask for the Sudafed 12 hour....that stuff is a miracle for when you are sick. It's more potent than just the regular Sudafed. ♥️♥️♥️

Hi Carrie, I actually have that bag from Away an Love it, the only thing last trip on the side/outside zipper be careful when putting items in like ID’s because my last trip I thought i place my license and actually missed pocket and went out on that strap you place over handle of rolling bag, but so love it 😍. Don’t forget to not place bags on bed always on tables or rack😳. I hope you feel better soon, the less you talk the better it will get, so lots of rest, I am sure we can all wait for you to feel better to record again. Good Luck on testing.

@11:43 lemon and raw honey drinks are good. Real chicken soup with fresh veges if you can get it? The problem in America is food is so full of chemicals and additives. Try your hardest to get good food. Chicken stock massel if you can get it. 20 cloves of fresh garlic peeled Onion Celery Potato Red pepper Carrots chopped up Organic non gmo chicken I put some Tabasco sauce in my chicken soup. Get good sleep Drink rain water with lemon juice. Take care😊👍🏻

When you get sick like that you should start using neilmed nasal wash. You can use it as much as you want because it's natural. I use mine daily because it helps keep the allergens out of your sinus.

Have you ever flown from LA to Denver? I was on a ua flight the other day and as we came over the Rockies into Denver the plane literally dropped and then started shaking and people were screaming and crap was falling out of the overhead bins. The pilot and flight attendants said nothing. Eventually it stopped but it was the scariest thing I have ever experienced OMG now im scared as hell to fly
