It’s like an anger type thing, if she gets to a certain point of anger she can turn into the big nezuko or the full demon, I hope this helps it’s been a while since I finished the manga lol

I like to imagine that even if Nezuko has returned to being a human permanently, she still has lingering demon traits. Like her senses have become somewhat sharper or her physical strength and stamina is still above that of an average human.
