there’s no one quite like aizawa. he comes off as a calm, careless character at first but boy he is far from it. he’s never afraid to risk his life against others even when they are much stronger. there is no teacher quite like him. he was my favourite character the momment i saw him, and he still is.

Aizawa is a man who has been greatly injured in both his heart and his body He isn't super strong like all might but Despite that he isn't afraid to put his life on the line even when the enemy is far stronger than him The most respected moment was when he cut off his own leg during the war arc so the quirk erasing bullet wouldn't work What a legendary character One of my favorites in mha

i swear Aizawa's whole life just makes my heart break sm , he's been tortured , hurt and broken to the point he would risk his own life just to save someone and because some triggered his memory of oboro which he witness the death of him. @@KiraDeLespass My opinion is that he is better. I mean, people only like Koro sensei because he was really nice. If he was strict they wouldn't be as attached to him. But Aizawa is a teacher that teaches heroes and how to protect themselves and citizens. Not an assassination classroom. He finds his well-being irrelevant and will throw himself at battle even if that means he would die. He cut off his own leg for a child without even hesitating or blinking. He taught the students the dangers of the world and how to "go beyond, plus ultra". That's my general reason why I think he is just better.

@@VaswTs Well it really depends On this point of view its difficult to compare cuz one universes has the hero system, the other doesnt. But (spoiler warning, obviously) Koro really saved the class 3-E's life. He tough them how valuable they were, more or less to defend themselves, and most of his students became important people who will probably have a great impact due to their jobs. Koro knew he would die and dedicated his last moments alive to teach those kids who everyone thought they were failures. Who knows where they would be if it wasnt for Koro, honestly (and yes Karasuma and Irina counts too, lets not ignore their credits)

@@KiraDeLespass (Long comment warning lol) Well Aizawa doesn't even care about his own life as long as his students stay safe. "My well-being is irrelevant" as he said himself. He just wanted to go back to teaching as fast as possible. He teaches them to go beyond their limits and they wouldn't even be alive currently if he hadn't taught to train their quirks constantly no matter how painful they get. He is the first one who ever mentioned "Go beyond, plus ultra" to them and Deku constantly remembers his words "remember where you came from". He has kept them mentally stable especially at the Shie Hassaikai arc where they blamed themselves for Eri. He gave them courage and he constantly teaches Eri and Shinso. He taught Shinso so much, he hasn't even used the binding cloth for a year and he already knows half of the movies he learned in 6 years. He is trying to stay alive to teach his students more and to see them graduate, but he won't hesitate to get in the way to save them. He even cut off his leg thinking of Eri without hesitation and without blinking and he was willing to fight Shigaraki with a broken leg if Deku didn't stop him first. I can honestly go on and on about the things he's done. People misunderstand him as mean and strict but they don't understand that he is teaching heroes and not math to regular highschoolers to be gentle with them, no matter their age. Plus his intentions are explained in season 5 ep19.
