@@PatrickMetin and if your talking about the priestly blessing where people do a bow and kiss the hand and the priest or bishop says "the blessing of our Lord" while his hand forms "ICXC" that can not be done by laymen or deacons. but you can sign someone with the cross by using the sign of the holy trinity when we cross ourselves and that is us blessing another person. idk if your a inquirer or a catechumen but this basic knowledge. not rocket science
