Does it matter? Zeno's actions are all consequence free, since it's just as capable of restoring them to being as it was of destroying them in the first place. Nothing it does or can do has any real relevance, as evidenced by the end of Super. It can't even convincingly remove itself from existence, since it could always change its mind and return, time being non-linear to it. Most pointless character ever created, except perhaps as a deliberate comment on the absurdity of the concept of an all-powerful deity.
