Absolutely love your sermons. Also reading your book. I have no support system where I am so I feel so alone. I did talk to the people in my life. My soon to be ex husband doesn't want me talking about my anxiety and depression... says I don't need people knowing how crazy I am... this after some "friends" of mine stabbed me in the back and wanted to plot against me... using my anxiety and depression against me in any way they can so that my soon to be ex can get full custody of our kids. This is just compound trauma .... I can't talk about how I feel or ask for help but listening to your sermons (everyday... sometimes on repeat) and reading your book is giving me hope that things will get better. Thank you From South Africa
