This is a Hanna Somatic inspired exercise. All movements emanate from the spine, so when your suffer from back tension and pain, your whole body is affected. Try this gentle sequence that will challenge your brain to connect with your body once again so that you regain freedom of movement in your shoulders, back and hips. This exercise is also good to relieve eye strain and coordination.
Please perform this movement flow on both sides of the body (this video only shows one side).
