Raja Yoga is one of the best books on the (true nature of yoga) by Swami Vivekananda. It reminds us that yoga was more about (meditation) in the past and asanas were more to prepare and strengthen the body for meditation. Nice video, one tip would be to reduce the background music by 50% volume, and add less sound effects, it becomes too distracting.

A really important and soul touching story on the Guru Tattva unified for all beings. Thank you, this confirmed my long held view of the connection between the Kriya Lineage & Vijnana Vedanata of Ramakrishna & Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo.

The man who was gifted by Paramahansa Yogananda is named Ellsworth E. Dickinson (not Dixon ;-)). It is referred by Yogananda in his autobiography, as E.E. Dickinson.
